Indonesia: SMS Guideline

Alphanumeric Sender IDs should be pre-registered to ensure reliable delivery. Generic Sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE, etc. are prohibited. Please use a Sender ID that represents the customer’s registered brand or business name to ensure delivery.

Indonesian operators require the brand name to be included in the SMS content. Please ensure that the message content clearly includes the customer’s brand name.

If the brand name is missing from the message content or does not match the Sender ID, it may be considered misuse of a domestic Sender ID and may affect message delivery.
